The movie Mogudu is all about family life and is aligned to be a romantic movie that talks on husband-wife relation, faith and reverence. This is a forthcoming Telugu film directed by award-winning director Krishna Vamsi, starring Gopichand and Tapsi Pannu in the lead roles, along with Gadde Rajendra Prasad playing an important part.
Krishna Vamsi is famous for bringing new talents to the fore. In addition, he is also a professional choreographer known for bringing in his dreamy romance element in songs. Meanwhile, Mogudu Audio was launched recently and the composer Babu Shankar has made an impressive debut with this film as music director. The music director has brought in a nice balance between melodious songs and the Mass numbers. And all the tunes show their own individualism. So, we can hope for a great combination between Krishna Vamsi and Babu Shankar.
The cast too is special. Rajendra Prasad is very popular as a hero; everyone likes to watch his movies. And Taapsee Pannu is there to add glamour to the songs.
The movie also has things like family events, marriage song etc. -- all that you would usually expect from a typical Krishnavamsi film. Largely, this is a family movie with plenty of fun. So, Mogudu's subject will be something that strikes a chord with the family audience. Then again, will Krishna Vamsi do well enough to live up to all the massive expectations? Let’s hope for the best.
